Israel is a country with miles and miles of beautiful beaches and
Israelis spend hours and hours of fun in the sun. From the beautiful
northern beaches near Rosh Hanikra, down the Mediterranean coastline and
finally along the Red Sea coast near Eilat, Israelis beaches are usually
clean and full of those who love to bathe in the sun, surf in the waters
and spend hours swimming.
Although Israel is constantly in need of more life guards, those that
we have are very dedicated...but so are those who wish to push the
boundaries of what the life guards permit.
"You there - no running," screams the life guard.
"Boy in the blue hat, not so far," he calls out a few minute
later.
The life guards are always watching to make sure people, especially
children, don't go in too deep or go too near the water, if it poses any
danger.
And best of all, you might hear the life guard call out: "Lady, watch the boy in the blue shirt."
"But he's not my child," replies the lady.
"Watch him anyway," answers the Israeli life guard.
Only in Israel!
